Level Green Students Learn About Holidays Around the World

Prior to the holiday break, Mrs. Nikki Adasczik’s third-grade students at Level Green Elementary School engaged in a fun lesson about Holidays Around the World.  The students read about six different countries and how each one celebrates the holidays, and they recorded the different foods, traditions, facts, and who makes it special (Santa, Babbo Natale, etc).

“The students kept saying how much fun this project was and how they never realized that Christmas was celebrated in different ways,” said Mrs. Adasczik.
