Miss Kerestes was able to purchase ‘lava squares’ for her classroom at Level Green Elementary School through a DonorsChoose grant. Kerestes has dedicated an area of her room where students can take sensory breaks. It includes bean bag chairs, yoga ball chairs, sensory bins, books, noise-canceling headphones, and the new gel (lava) tiles.
