The kindergarten students at Level Green Elementary School took part in a special kindness project as part of their reading curriculum. After learning about ways to show kindness, the children created small flower bouquets to share with someone special in their lives.
Each student carefully arranged their flowers and chose a recipient: a family member, friend, or neighbor to brighten their day. The project gave students a chance to practice kindness in a simple and meaningful way while learning that small gestures can make a big difference.
“We want our students to see that kindness can be shown through words, actions, and even something as simple as giving a flower,” said kindergarten teacher Melissa Vovaris.
The students were proud of their creations and excited to share their bouquets, proving that kindness truly blooms when it’s shared.
